Sponsor-a-Student
Applications for Sponsor-a-Student have now closed. Applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application during the month of September.
Sponsorship covers registration. Students who are successful in receiving a sponsorship will still need to cover their own:
- travel costs to and from the conference
- accommodation during the conference
- personal expenses, including meals not covered during the conference
- registration for conference social events
At the conclusion of the conference you will also need to provide a short report about your experiences at RMA.
ACRRM's President's Prize
The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) presents the President's Prize at Rural Medicine Australia each year. Winners receive a one to two-week placement with a doctor, practice or health service in a rural or remote community of Australia. ACRRM organises the accommodation, travel, expenses and some incidentals, up to the total value of $2,500.
To enter, create a short video saying where in rural or remote Australia you would like to be placed for a placement, and why. Find out more about the competition on the ACRRM website. We look forward to watching your entry.
Get Social
We have an online community just for future generalists that will be super active during RMA17. We'd love for you to engage with us on these platforms.
