NPS MedicineWise
NPS MedicineWise recently added web-enabled virtual visits to their educational visiting service. This means that practices who find it difficult to schedule a visit at a date and time that suits them, particularly those outside the metro area, will no longer miss out. The NPS MedicineWise Clinical Services Specialists (CSS) will continue to make in-person visits to regional practices, but in between the scheduled regional visits they will also be able to deliver educational visits direct to individual practices using Skype for Business. There is no charge for this service. NPS MedicineWise Virtual Educational Visits are CPD-accredited.

Clinical Care Standards | Australian Commision On Safety And Quality In Health Care
The Commission's role is to lead and coordinate national improvements in the safety and quality of health care. The Clinical Care Standards program aims to support the delivery of appropriate evidence-based clinical care, and promote shared decision making between patients, carers and clinicians. Clinical care standards have been developed on a range of topics including hip fracture care, delirium, and acute stroke. The A4 flyers promote the clinical care standard on osteoarthritis of the knee, and heavy menstrual bleeding which will be launched at RMA17.
