Cancellation, refunds and privacy policy Cancellation All cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference manager at rmaconference@acrrm.org.au. Refunds for cancellations will be processed as follows: • 90 days’ notice or more - full refund • 90 to 30 days’ notice - 80% refund • 30 days or less - no refund. Cancellation must be confirmed in writing within this timeframe to rmaconference@acrrm.org.au. Substitutions may be made at any time. However, due to administration requirements, name tags and dietary requirements may not be accommodated if notified within a week of the conference. Payment All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where relevant. Preferred method of payment for conference registration is via credit card and is then instantly confirmed. For manual payments - Your registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be received by the due date to receive the early bird discount, otherwise the next level of payment will be charged. Electronic funds transfer (EFT) Payment may also be made by electronic funds transfers on receipt of an invoice. Please ensure the amount transferred is equal to the total due. To assist in the allocation of your payment, please email transfer advice to rmaconference@acrrm.org.au immediately after payment to ensure prompt allocation of your payment. Please ensure that the conference acronym 'RMA17’ and complete invoice number are included on the transfer notice. Accommodation Accommodation cancellations - please refer to the individual accommodation venue cancellation policies listed to ensure you are aware of cancellation penalties that may be applicable for your chosen venue. Cancellations in whole or part may incur a penalty at the accommodation venue's discretion. In these cases the accommodation venue may contact you directly to arrange payment. Privacy statement I understand Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine ("the College") collects, stores and discloses my personal information for the purposes of providing training programs, for research or statistical purposes and to promote services which the College considers may be of interest to me. This information may be collected directly from me in my dealings with the College.
