Terms and Conditions
Exhibition Booths Full payment of exhibition booth bookings can be made via credit card at time of booking or within 14 days of invoice issued. Exhibition packages will be released for sale if payment is not received in the appropriate timing. Refund conditions for cancellations will be processed as follows: • 90 days’ notice or more: full refund • 90 to 60 days’ notice: 75% refund • 60 to 30 days’ notice: 50% refund • 30 days or less: no refund Cancellations must be requested in writing to the RMA Conference Team via rmaconference@acrrm.org.au. Partnership (Sponsorship) Full payment for partner packages can be made via credit card at time of booking or within 14 days of invoice issued. Partner packages will be released for sale if payment is not received in the appropriate timing. Event Cancellation In the event the RMA conference is cancelled, due to government restrictions, a full refund or transfer of credit will be applied. The RMA Conference Team is not liable for any travel and/or accommodation costs associated with cancellation of the conference or inability to attend due to government restrictions. Personal or company insurance policies should be referred to in these circumstances. Privacy statement The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine ("the College") collects, stores and discloses personal information for the purposes of providing training programs, for research or statistical purposes and to promote services which the College considers may be of interest to the registrant. This information may be collected directly from dealings with the College. To fulfil the purposes set out above, personal information may also be collected from or passed on to external bodies which usually includes medical colleges, government organisations and associated training providers, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
