Win-win conflict resolution: Mediating disputes between others

2:20 PM - 3:25 PM

Abstract Overview

Maintaining healthy teams is important and when conflict is handled well, problems are not only resolved but team relationships are potentially strengthened. Disagreement between team members needs to be effectively managed at the outset. Repressed conflicts can escalate and become more difficult to resolve.

This workshop aims to assist clinical and non clinical staff to mediate conflict between others in a way that enhances communication and cooperation to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
