Does training rurality affect FACRRM success?
Abstract Overview
This research explores the impact of a registrar's training background on their success in ACRRM's fellowship program. We specifically explore whether exposure to training in rural and remote areas influences fellowship assessment performance and attrition. The study aims to identify if rural training offers advantages or disadvantages in the fellowship environment, and whether fellowship programs can adapt to better support fellows from diverse training backgrounds.
