This workshop presented by Lung Foundation Autralia, aims to: • Highlight the impact of exacerbations of COPD; • Outline the features of an exacerbation to make an accurate diagnosis; • Step through the algorithm for the assessment and treatment of an acute exacerbation of COPD (AECOPD); • Facilitate hands-on opportunities for participants to develop COPD Action Plans; • Explore case studies for discussion, including the implementation and review of COPD Action Plans; • Detail the review of patients post-exacerbation; Presented by : Professor Peter Frith
