Well known and experienced POC speakers will update the audience on the current issues facing the POC industry and IVD market. The session will end with demonstrations, hands-on tuition and trail of various IVD POC equipment. Presenters: Dr Philip Tideman, Clinical Director of Cardiology and the Integrated Cardiovascular Clincial Network, CHSA LHN & Consultant Cardiologist with a special interest in Rural Cardiovascular Medicine; and Andrew Sargeant, Project Manager - Point of Care Testing Implementation | NSW Health Pathology. *Please Note: (3 hours contact) Participation in this session by eligible docs can be counted towards a 'combination' of sessions throughout event for claiming against the Emergency Medicine component of the Procedural Grant .
